Lisa O’Kane is a Principal of Lyons who is trained in architecture and found her talent working with people and optimising operations during her time in industry and in recruitment. Since then, she has pivoted her focus towards supporting architecture practices and their teams to reach their full potential, with great success.
Just as with good architecture, Lisa’s philosophy to practice management derives from a human-centred approach. She embraces every interaction and scenario with her guiding principles—honesty, approachability, creating & maintaining genuine connections, accuracy, conscientiousness, patience, appreciation, intuition, objectiveness and diligence.
