Practice Executive, Senior Principals

Paul Dash is a Senior Principal at Lyons with extensive experience in the design and delivery of large scale public, educational and urban design projects. A highly skilled Project Architect, he specialises in leading collaborative design and consultant teams from concept design through to construction, and in the coordination and management of complex consultant teams.

A previous recipient of the Anne Butler Medal for Design, Paul also holds a Master of Urban Design from RMIT which consolidated an ongoing interest for him in culture, community and urban form. The outstanding merit of his skills is expressed in the flagship projects he has contributed to, including the award-winning Yagan Square, Green Chemical Futures (Monash University), the Colleges of Science Precinct (Australian National University) and the New Student Precinct (University of Melbourne).

Active in the art and architectural community, Paul contributes to the design community as a mentor to graduate architects, a presenter at professional development seminars and a Design Studio leader at RMIT University —a role he has held for almost 20 years.
