Joanne is an Associate Architect at Lyons specialising in a range of healthcare projects of varying scales and complexities both in Australia and internationally. Her diverse creative and technical skills have seen her make significant contributions to Lyon’s health projects – from stakeholder briefing, health facility planning through to technical on-site delivery. Most recently Joanne has led the briefing and health facility planning for the highly complex Ballarat Hospital Redevelopment.
Joanne’s approach to each project is framed by deep rigour and dedication. She actively listens to get to the heart of the design issue and draws on her extensive stakeholder engagement experience to uncover new opportunities – which ultimately bring great benefit to our clients. Her leadership fosters real collaboration and innovation to facilitate human-centred outcomes that enable people to thrive in public healthcare settings.
