New Appointments 2025

It is with great pleasure that we announce a number of promotions across our practice, recognising exceptional contributions to our design culture, studio, and long-term vision for the future.

We are delighted to promote Tess O’Meara and Lisa O’Kane to the role of Senior Principal, welcoming them into our senior leadership cohort. We also celebrate the promotion of Andim Taip, Vicky Li and Grant Trewella to Principal, acknowledging their commitment to design excellence and project leadership. Finally, we extend congratulations to Briony Ewing and Stephen Hawken, who have stepped into the role of Associate, reflecting their outstanding growth and impact across our award-winning projects.

Tess O'Meara, Senior Principal

Tess O’Meara has been with Lyons for over 7 years, and has become a respected design leader, shaping our project culture and contributing to many successful award winning projects at Lyons.

Lisa O'Kane, Senior Principal

Lisa O’Kane joined the practice in 2020 as Studio Manager, and over the past 5 years she has driven significant positive change in our systems and procedures and importantly has helped nurture and strengthen our studio culture.

Andim Taip, Principal

Andim Taip has extensive experience in major healthcare projects, and his leadership has played a vital role in our portfolio of large-scale hospitals and improving outcomes in complex health environments.

Vicky Li, Principal

Vicky Li has been with Lyons since graduating from university and has developed deep expertise in healthcare design. She is recognised for her ability to deliver complex, high-quality projects while actively championing design culture within the studio.

Grant Trewella, Principal

Grant Trewella has spent his career at Lyons contributing to design leadership, client engagement, and teaching within the studio. His long-standing commitment to quality project outcomes has made him an integral part of our practice’s continued success.

Briony Ewing, Associate

Briony Ewing excels in both design and client engagement, demonstrating consistent growth and creativity across award-winning projects. Her promotion to Associate acknowledges her ongoing contribution to Lyons’ culture of design excellence.

Stephen Hawken, Associate

Stephen Hawken has strong capability in design leadership and teaching, supporting project delivery while actively shaping studio culture. His commitment and talent have made him a valued contributor across teams and projects.
