Holmesglen Institute of TAFE, Waverley Campus

Lyons were involved in the redevelopment of Holmesglen TAFE campus in Waverley Road consisting of developing guidelines for adaptive reuse of existing buildings on the site, new commercial horticulture facilities, major teaching spaces, joint venture hospitality facilities and implementation of the major first stage of development.
