Arts Music Student Centre

Located in the heart of the Arts Precinct at Professors Court, the new Arts Music Student Centre transforms the student cohort experience through the provision of highly visible, accessible services and self paced learning and socialising space. An extension to Arts West building, the new centre is signposted to Professors Walk with a gigantic structural truss that spans over the below ground Copland theatre. The iconic languages of the architectural elements in the Centre evoke wonderment in their formal genesis, whist performing as functional objects: duct risers, built in seats, display cabinets and spatial dividers.
